Product Application

Lupragen N100‘s main use is as a catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam.

Lupragen N100is a A low-viscosity, medium-active amine catalyst used for refrigerator rigid foam, boards, spray coating, and on-site infusion of polyurethane rigid foam. This catalyst has a catalytic effect on both gelation and foaming. It provides a relatively balanced catalytic performance for the foaming reaction and gelation reaction of hard foam. It has a stronger catalytic effect on the reaction between water and isocyanate (foaming reaction), and at the same time The reaction of polyols with isocyanates is also moderately catalytic and is a strong initial catalyst for foam reactions. In addition to being used for hard foam, it can also be used as an auxiliary catalyst for molding soft foam and semi-rigid foam.
