NT CAT PC41 is a tertiary amine-based foaming catalyst that promotes the formation of urea (water) in a variety of rigid and flexible polyurethane foam applications-isocyanate) reaction. It is the industry standard foaming catalyst for flexible foams and is used in TDI-based flexible foam systems such as mattresses, seating and automotive. It is also used in conjunction with a trimer catalyst in PIR laminate board formulations.
