Product Application

Toyocat DMCH is a low-viscosity, moderately active amine catalyst used for refrigerator rigid foam, boards, spray coating, and on-site infusion of polyurethane rigid foam. This catalyst has a catalytic effect on both gelation and foaming. It provides a relatively balanced catalytic performance for the foaming reaction and gelation reaction of hard foam. It has a stronger catalytic effect on the reaction between water and isocyanate (foaming reaction), and at the same time The reaction of polyols with isocyanates is also moderately catalytic and is a strong initial catalyst for foam reactions. In addition to being used for hard foam, it can also be used as an auxiliary catalyst for molding soft foam and semi-rigid foam.
Toyocat DMCH is particularly suitable for formulating two-component systems. It can be dissolved in a variety of hard foam polyols and additives. In the combination material, it can be adjusted It is durable and can be stored for a long time.
