Product Usage
This product is mainly used in acrylic resin, styrene, ABS, processing Additives in the polymerization reaction of ACR, chloroprene, styrene-acrylic latex, styrene-butadiene latex, etc. Its function is the same as�Dialkyl mercaptans are similar, but have a much smaller odor than mercaptans. Some applications are as follows:
(1) In the production of acrylic resin polymerization (such as hammer paint), adding this product can effectively adjust the molecular weight distribution of the resin, so that the resin has good leveling properties, uniform viscosity, and makes the paint film appear bright;
(2) Used in nitrile rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, which can improve the heat resistance and wear resistance. Adding this product can effectively control the intrinsic viscosity of the product.

0.5-2.5% (based on unit weight)

Recommended usage
Add dropwise in the same way as the initiator. (Because the product is organic and insoluble in water, our products must react with other ingredients at the same interface in the inert system. Surfactants or emulsification methods can be used.)
