Thermosetting acrylic resin CB-89 for electroplating varnish

This product is designed for vacuum plating, water electroplating of Cr and Ni, or in Stainless, etc. The developed 2K-PU topcoat has the characteristics of excellent adhesion, good dye compatibility and good alcohol resistance.

Application
(1). Water electroplating Cr, Ni and true aluminum plating on ABS material 2K-PU varnish

(2) 2K-PU varnish on Stainless (stainless steel) TPA-100 specifications (NV:100%, NCO% 23.1); Thinner composition: MEK/DIBK/TOL/BAC=4/3/2/1(Wt.)
Main agent/hardener/thinner=10/1/5(Wt.)
